Are your paints safe?

I actually do not use paint at all.

I use all professional makeup products designed specifically to be used on the skin.

All makeup is approved by the FDA and is skin safe.

What are your rates?

My basic price is $150 for the first hour and $125 per additional hour.

Full Party

 includes all the bling and sparkle, and a

full board of designs for your guests to choose from.

I can usually paint 8 to 10 full faces per hour.

 Festival Events

larger gatherings, I offer smaller designs 

that can be painted quickly, but are just as much fun.

Speed Painting

 Events such as schools with lots of children 

to be painted in a short amount of time.

These are very quick eye designs. I use bright colors and

lots of sparkle to make each child feel special.  

If your event will have more than 100 children

you should consider using the services of a

second painter.

Birthday Party Package $225

I will arrive early to paint the birthday child before

their guests arrive so they are ready to greet all their friends.

This package includes a $25 discount and up to two hours of painting.

Outdoor Canopy Set-up $25

I will provide all the set-up necessary for the event including

canopy, chairs, tables, fans and lighting.

 

How far will you travel?

My service area is

in North West Louisiana including, 

Benton, Bossier City, North Shreveport, Minden, and Blanchard.

I am willing to travel to some areas outside of my travel circle 

for a travel fee, based on the distance.

I will need a little information about your event to quote your price.

I will ask you for the following:

Indoor or outdoor / Canopy Set-up?

Do you require a deposit?

I do request a $50 down payment.

This confirms your date and time on my calendar.

Your balance is due anytime up to the day of your event.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I can accept all credit cards through PayPal

including invoicing and Paypal.me/gracingfaces

as well as Venmo @gracingfaces

checks and cash

Are you available to donate your time to charitable events?

I have a working relationship with several wonderful charities to which I donate my services.

I have a strong connection with them and know the work 

they do personally. 

As much as I appreciate request to support certain organizations and events,

at this time, I am limiting myself to those I currently support.

Sponsors

There are often people or organizations who sponsor my services.

I am happy to advertise their generosity by providing

signage, thanking them for sponsoring

free face painting for the event. 

How many face painters can I hire?

There are currently 5 wonderfully talented face painters on

our team. We each have our own business, but often work together for very

large events. It does help to book early for larger events to insure we are available. 

What is your cancellation / reschedule policy?


I understand that things happen and circumstances change.

 In the event you need to cancel my services,

 please provide me a courtesy notification. 

 Your down-payment is refundable, if your cancellation notification is received not later 

than 14 days before your scheduled event. 

 

If you need to reschedule due to weather,

 I will work with you to find a new date where I am available.

 If, however, one is not available, I will refund 50% of your deposit.  

There is a $50 fee for canceling without notice.
